Tuesday, that we would usually spend in the classroom, doing practical work, was spent in a similar way. Difference being, we spent it by working. By now, we have all been accepted in the environment and we can honestly admit to Spaniards, that they are more communicating than we initially thought. We're slowly apprehending their inside jokes.
Today, like any other day of a new's crew, had some office and terrain work. It was possible to see, that no one liked the rainy weather and that we all just wanted to retreat to the dry shelter of our building. The most interesting part of the recording was filming the 'mass' protests against the city authorities. Yes. I put mass in quotes. There were maybe 20 protesters there and even they looked they wanted to be somewhere else. I guess we are better on the field of local protests.
The evening was comprised of resting and waiting for a better weather, when we set out to the shops, to fulfill our own needs. Everyone needed something that couldn't be found in the residence, so a store, only 20 minutes away, was a good choice.
And again the Sun set behind the horizon and darkness befell Ubeda. We succesfully survived another day on foreign ground.
